Students apply for Transition Year during Third Year. Every effort is made to accommodate pupils wishing to participate in Transition Year, taking into account available resources.

Gaisce

The Gaisce Bronze Award program is a non complusary part of the TY programme. To complete the program and receive the bronze medal, students must spend 13 weeks on the following 4 areas: Community Involvement, Personal Skill, Physical Recreation and a Venture Activity. Many of our students complete the programme and are awarded their Bronze medals at the end of the year.
